The St. Barnabas restaurant serves a la carte menu dedicated to tradition and enhancement of local products.
The result is represented by the classic dishes of the Emilian cuisine but also ideas coming from other parts of Italy.
Cold cuts are the masters among the delicious recommended appetizers, including the inevitable "Parma ham", the unmissable "Felino salami" and "bresaola with rocket salad and slices of Parmesan."
Among the main courses of the restaurant here "straw and hay bolognese", "anolini soup", "potato ravioli with mushrooms", but also the delicious "spaghetti Amatriciana".
The second dishes mostly propose meats, above all the "cut of beef with Pinot Noir", the "baked shoulder of veal", the "lamb chops " and the "grilled pork chop" .
Finally side dishes and desserts.
But let's not forget the special menus designed for groups or one especially created for children.
